Well after spending 33 minutes at customer service.Marie.who was alone .finally helped me .but explained the computer had a glitch..meanwhile Betty. Yelled over after seeing line was getting long .do you Marie need help? And another woman came .next trying to cash out Betty was only cashier available even though there were two managers standing with in an arms throw away .BETTY IS AWESOME AND thanks to her .people could pay and leave .

This is the line I had to wait in after using the Scan and Go app. If you can’t tell this line goes all the way across the store past the food court and almost to the bathrooms. There was only one employee checking carts at the door. Do better Sam’s Club.

Typical bulk food store. Occasionally there are great deals but you have to hunt for them. Meat quality is great and their catering can’t be beat for the price. Watch for expired breads and mold on baked goods. It’s happened more than once.

As a vending machine operator find product that is in stock at the port huron mi location sucks. I can literally go to just about any other Sam's club and find what I'm looking for in stock. If I have to start going out of town I might as well shop at Costco at least they're in stock and have a better selection.

You can't shop with out a membership card and the cheapest one is 50$ the food there at the cafe is really good and cheap for the sizes that they are like there 3 times cheaper very good and prices for everything else are alr kinda expensive but then again there big portions so I think it's good but the people there are really nice it's usually busy to

I have no problems with Sam's Club store or gas. Fast and easy scan and go for shopping is the best. Gas is the cheapest in town.

Great place for buying bulk, only 3⭐️ because selection could be better, and honestly, pricing on quite a bit is outrageous (so much so that you'd be better off going to another store and buying multiple of whatever it is you needed there).
